If event planning is your Achilles heel…
You’re in the right place.
We help purpose-driven organizations create exceptional events that fortify relationships and drive revenue.
You’ve got this.
It’s funny-not-funny how people who are super good at getting stuff done get rewarded with… more stuff to get done.
On the one hand, it feels nice to be trusted.
On the other hand, it feels like whatever the word is for “Are you freaking kidding me?” How am I supposed to get that done, too?!”
So let me just remind you: You were tapped to plan this event for a reason. You’re bright, competent, and capable. You could 100000% do it yourself.
But you shouldn’t have to.
Since 1996, I’ve been helping leaders get to their event faster and smarter-and without hobbling to the finish line.
Decades of experience at your disposal.

Event planning is like running a marathon. At sprint speed.
I should know. When I’m not running events for my clients, I’m literally running—marathons and ultras.
And it turns out, distance running and event planning share some requirements.
Strategic Planning
For both races and events, “I’ll figure it out when I get there” is a terrible strategy. Both require intentional, detail-driven preparation.
Discipline
I run every single day–whether I “feel like it” or not. Successful event planning requires the same focused commitment.
Stamina
Much like distance running, events can be exhausting. Both require a push to the finish line (and those last few chaotic miles just might be my favorite part).
Mental Toughness
Whether it’s a marathon or an event, you’ve gotta keep your head in the game and screwed on straight. Checking out spells disaster. So… I don’t.
Contingency Plans
In running, injuries happen. In events, sh*t hits the fan. The key to a successful finish is expecting the unexpected and knowing how to move forward no matter what.
